Birth Doula
-
$400
Virtual doula support is a great option for many families! I have been supporting families virtually since 2019, and there are a variety of reasons that families choose to work with me virtually leading up to their birth but don’t actually have me in the room when their baby is born.
This virtual package offers the flexibility to work together during your pregnancy and/or early postpartum. We can work together to create a birth plan, discuss comfort measures for labor, prepare for breastfeeding and postpartum, and beyond… All from the comfort of your own home!
Other family members or friends who will be in the room with you while you give birth are encouraged to join our virtual sessions (at no extra fee) so that they can be prepared and empowered to provide the best support possible during the birth of your baby.
This package includes:
3 virtual meetings to discuss and create your birth and/or postpartum plan
Unlimited email and text support through the start of our work together until 12 weeks postpartum
Access to a variety of digital resources, tailored to meet your specific questions and needs
*Option to add on additional virtual sessions for an additional fee.

Lactation

$60 for a one hour virtual appointment. This also includes email support following our appointment, as long as it’s related to the topic we met about. Virtual follow up sessions will require an additional fee.
Choosing how to feed your baby can feel overwhelming, and most people end up with questions regardless of how many classes you take or books you read.
I will work with you to answer your unique questions or discuss any challenges you are encountering related to lactation and feeding your baby human milk. Appointments can be completed both prenatally or after your baby has been born and feeding has been established.
Some popular topics I help provide support and education for are:
What to expect during the first weeks of breastfeeding
Positioning and identifying a good latch
How to know if baby is getting enough milk
Choosing a breast pump
Creating a pumping and/or feeding schedule
Returning to work
Weaning
When to turn to seek additional help, and what resources exist
Please note that although this is customized education based on your specific needs and interests, it is not a comprehensive assessment of how your baby is feeding. I am not able to see anyone who is actively struggling with weight gain or whose provider has diagnosed them with Failure to Thrive.
Prior to us scheduling our call, you must fill out this form.
Afterwards, I will reach out to schedule a time for us to meet or to suggest an alternative that I think would be a better fit for your needs.
